ਆਮ ਆਦਮੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ (AAP) ਨੇ ਪੱਤਰਕਾਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਆਵਾਜ਼ ਨੂੰ ਦਬਾਉਣ ਦਾ ਇੱਕ ਨਵਾਂ ਤਰੀਕਾ ਲੱਭ ਲਿਆ ਹੈ। ਪਾਰਟੀ ਬੌਧਿਕ ਜਾਇਦਾਦ (Intellectual Property) ਕਾਨੂੰਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਵਰਤੋਂ ਕਰਕੇ ਉਹ ਪੋਸਟਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਫੇਸਬੁੱਕ ਪੇਜ ਹਟਵਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ, ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੀ ਆਲੋਚਨਾ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ। ਪਾਰਟੀ ਦਾ ਦਾਅਵਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਲੋਕ ਪੱਤਰਕਾਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਹਨ, ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕੋਲ ਪੱਤਰਕਾਰੀ ਦੀਆਂ ਡਿਗਰੀਆਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਹਨ।
